  • Promoting work-life balance: The organization needs to focus on building a culture of safety- a culture where employees feel safe to voice their honest opinions and maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. Yes, because everyone needs to be equipped with the right set of skills to identify the signs, provide support and care, and help the person in need.
